A wide range of interactive self service solutions, products and services are available including Interactive Kiosks Systems, Software Applications, EPOS and Digital Signage.
Sentios-Sentinel™ enables users to remote monitor and manage fleets of kiosk or terminal units. Using Sentinel, kiosk remote management alerts can be sent via SMS text or email to on-site personnel for day-to-day kiosk management, or to on-call technical engineers in case of system failure. The same technology can also be used by the Sentios Service Team to remote monitor and diagnose interactive devices and can dispatch engineers to resolve technical issues.
